Zeus was not having a good day and he made sure everyone knew it.
Mummy tried to take him out, and he wouldn’t have anything of it, as he shoved his feet into the ground, resisting.
He shit on the kitchen floor as he huddled between Mummy’s legs. Mummy’s red wine sauce with creamed spinach spilled out of the pot and onto the floor to commiserate with his shit.
After another crash of lightning, he scurried into the laundry room and huddled on top of the kitty litter. Rather than argue with him, Kitty peed on the floor.
When the storm was over, Mummy had a heart-to-heart talk with him, patting him on the head. “Zeus, you must stop being such a scaredy-cat and peeing and shitting all over the house whenever it storms. You don’t want people laughing at you, do you? After all, one day YOU will be the god of sky and thunder.”

Poor baby. Literally afraid of his own “shadow.”
