MFtS: The Timeless Mind

Finish the story begins with:  “Arriving at the beach, she reflected on her life.”

No, now was not the time to acknowledge her pathetic life.  She closed her eyes, again forcing her mind to clear, calming it into timelessness.

When she opened her eyes again, he was sitting beside her.

“Good morning, Sensei,” she said.

“Good morning, Jane.”  His voice was deep and calm.  His eyes were closed, palms cupped in front of him.  “Today you must bring your timeless mind to the surface and use it.”

She bowed to him, and he disappeared.

She started the car and headed towards town.  An AK-47 sat on the passenger seat.
